Looking for a 1994 and up integra sedan

Requirements:
Manual transmission
LS or GSR models only
Interior complete and stock
stock engine and tranny
No mods at all.
A/C must work.
No unpaid registration deals..
CLEAN TITLE.

Looking to spend in the ball park of 4000.. but I would rather spend 3500.
By law owner must smog the ride. If it is not smoggable, I need details why...

Family car people but I would like a sleeper to builld up...
