WTB: Denso/Matsushita Ballast

I'm looking to buy either a denso ballast or matsushita ballast. I would like to see your pics and be in working condition. Please state your price (including shipping) and e-mail as I'm unfamiliar with how to PM here. If you are selling bulbs compatible with the ballast, please state a package price. Thanks.
