For anyone that might have been interested in this topic just found out that my Y1 has a 1" shaft and '92-up have a 1 1/16" shaft so it does not work..

Correct! Most Hydro parts dont interchange with the following transmissions:
Y1
S1
A1
J1

Aren't most of those small spline? I thought you could only swap hydro parts with like YS1's and big spline cable trannies.
