Fuel Rail Problem???
Every since I changed to the AEM fuel rail and AEM fpr, I've been having a hard time starting up my car on mornings or whenever it's cold. It starts just fine when it's been run for awhile...but on cold starts it's pure hell and tons of black smoke comes out the back. The pressure is set to 40 psi with the vacuum hose off, using back the stock injectors. The fuel filter has been changed as well.
additional mods are Type R cams, Toda cam gears, AEM CAI and VAFC.
I pulled the plugs are they are all looking good. I was thinking maybe dirty injectors. Has this happened to anyone?...any other suggestions or thoughts?

fuel pressure is too low man , bump it up , , , , it will still once and a blue moon not wanna turn over right away , that is normal but not frequently and be that big of an issue
I had the pressure as high as 48psi before and it did the same thing. I was thinking that I was already flooding the engine with gas.....thus all the black smoke upon startup, So turning the pressure up without locating the problem will hurt even more.
any other thoughts or experience anyone?

i dont knwo then man , 40 is too low, i can tell you that , you should be at like 45 or so i think was stock .
you might have more issues with that thing than you think then , it might not be the fuel rail at all
