hey guys, just wanted to get some ideas here. This guy is selling his riced out 94 dx. There are so serious changes i'll make, like delete the wing, new paint job, and putting in stock tail lights. He is asking $2750 for this car, but I think he is having a hard time selling it, so he said make him an offer. what do you guys think i should offer? It's stock engine 170k miles, but he says it runs really really well. it's got a performance intake and exhaust, fog lights and wiper lights (those will come off)

repaint, buying stock parts, repaint/stripping painted interior

 

yea, i don't want to rip the guy off cause it's bluebook at 2380, but at the same time i'm gonna have to unrice it. I already got stock tail lights, and most of it is just time, taking the wing off, i'm sure the muffler is rice too, the only big thing will be the paint, cause i'm definately not keeping something like that.
