Default Prelude transmission help

so the other day i was driving home and when i tried to put my car in 3rd gear it wouldnt go in, it was almost like the clutch wasnt pushed in... i slowed down and put it back in 2nd and it was hard to put in every gear after that... i stopped at a stop sign and started to drive it and the car started shaking pretty bad almost like letting out the clutch too fast... before all of this happened that same day the car was running great tranny was great no grinds went in to every gear just fine and the clutch was great... so i dont have that much money and i need to know what is wrong with it so i can get it fixed any hep at all would be great thanks

ps... also i lowered the car on groundcontrol coilovers like 1 or 2 days earlier... i dont think it would but i was wondering if that would have caused it i cant think of nething else

How's the clutch pedal? is it soft? check out the clutch master cylinder or the slave cylinder. if one or both of them are leaking you won't be able to fully open your clutch and that could be why you're having trouble changing gears. on my car, the master cylinder was leaking at the firewall on the inside of the car and I couldn't shift while the motor was on, but I could shift it easily when the motor was off.
