EDM rear foglight in prelude? and are they legal?

i'm just wondering..are EDM rear foglights street legal in the US (mainly CA)? also, any of you guys have the EDM rear fog light installed on your prelude? thanks in advance.

Im gonna assume you would most likely be fine with them seeing as alot of audi's come stock with them here
