1700lb eg?
Im in the process of building a 92 cx hb, its gona be running a 57 trim on a stock sleeved b16 im hoping for 450ish whp. is my goal of 1700lbs unattainable? any advice would be very helpful.
My EG with fiberglass doors, front, hatch, lexan windows, removed subframe and rear axles and an all motor B series with no dry sump or anything fancy was 1815 with me in it. I was 225 at the time.
I think it will be tough without doing a 3/4 chassis...and even then the entire floor of an EG weighs like 38 lbs. You can get it to 1700 with you, but you will have to think about everything lightweight. That last 150 lbs is a bitch.
