These are far from the best, but I just wanted to throw a few teaser shots out there. The lighting was beyond far from ideal (single on camera flash), the location sucked (in the driveway), and the car was literally filthy. In the second picture if you look closely at the hood you can see where I wrote "RICE" in the dirt on the hood while I was putting the lip on. LOL The car hasn't been washed in a well over a month.

Its really looking rough right now being so dirty, so with more lighting, a clean car thats at least 5 shades whiter, and a better location some much better shots are to come.

Aside from the HIDs I need to get around to installing the exterior is basically done now. I'll put some 16" gold/polished Drag DR-16s or some 15" fully machine polished Drag DR-27s with new tires on when these tires wear out as I want some slightly smaller wheels and a little more tire, but for now I'll just drive it as these came with the car (all silver, I refinished them to the gold/brushed look).

Under the hood is a ~50,000 B18C1. Its just a daily driver gas saver to me, I don't even drive the car hard at all. It's got a short ram intake, ITR header, and ITR exhaust from the previous owner. Also, the old motor got hydrolocked, so when the new shortblock went in the head was swapped over, and it got slightly milled and got a valve job while off the car, so it's basically like a hot B18C1. Stock GSR trans and clutch (170,000 mile and some nice 5th gear grinding without double clutching).

 

cant get a better white than GPW, CW, or Taffetta. great choice in color. car is looking clean.

Thanks fellas, and fully agreed. The car was green to begin with, the previous owner had painted it blue, and when I bought it it had recently had the 98+ front and rear bumpers put on (which were oddly enough green), so the car was two colors when I bought it (actually three, the front bumper was previous yellow and riddled with rock chips).

I have a friend who does paint and body work on the side, so he shaved it for me and we did a full Grand Prix White color change as it was the truest, brightest white I could find that was still OEM Honda.

It'll be like this for a while, but I'm really leaning towards those machine polished 15" Drag DR-27s, some OEM headlights, and maybe the rest of the ITR kit (side skirts and rear pieces), so we'll see when the time comes for new tires.

Also tonight I painted the lower part of the rear bumper matte black. I think it ties in nicely with the tint, black lugs, and the black housing headlights. It looks good, but I think now it's really made me want to rear lip kit to really round it all out. We'll see.
