Default new ride, need some help here.

cant make heads or tails of what's on the market right now. my head is spinning with all the options. 99 accord black accord coupe, 4cyl vtec with man. trans.

Where to start? I want an air intake to make it go vroom vroom and a muffler setup but dont want to be spending lots of $$$$ and my mechanical skills are for ****. Any advice?

well **** it, i'll do this by the seat of my pants. i just got an AEM cold air intake for $204 on morepowerracing.com. seemed like a good deal to me.

Dude the world is your oyster!! I just got into this also. I did a cold air intake, Apexi exhaust, and dc sport header. Dropped it 2" and put some 17" rims on makes hella difference for looks, but not that much difference in performance. It was not really noticeable at all but the sound is worth it. Good luck and have fun. I did all the work myself and that was pretty cool!!!

You've got a good starting point and like was said before, the possibilities are endless. It's up to you in whether you want looks or performance. Good choice on the AEM.

thanks guys. feel free to point at me and laugh as I stumble through this. I belong to the "gotta **** on your feet before you make it to the urnial" shool of learning.

I'll keep ya posted, looking at nopi and apexi exhausts now.
