another question about my capacitor
this cap really pisses me off. its really being a lot of hassle.
but my question is:
is it normal for the cap to stay on for like, 30 seconds after i turn off my car/amp/subs?
the thing runs at about 13V [i think its volts?] when the car is running, then i turn off the car, subs and amp turn off, but the cap stays on and then the volts run down to about 7 or 8. then it beeps and gets annoying to tell me that i dont have much power going to it. NO SH*T ITS BECAUSE THE CAR IS OFF. and then it turns off.
but should the cap turn off when everything else turns off?
another thing is sometimes when i turn on my car my amp wont turn on. but the cap will be on. could it have something to do with a bad ground connection?
where do you guys suggest for an existing ground in/around the trunk?
thanks.
