Anyone ever put WW sideskirts on an accord?
I'm trying to get a better idea on the install before my kit goes to get painted.
The instructions say that the skirts go over the factory rocker panels. This seems right when i line them up, but do you have to take them off first to get the WW ones between the body and factory panels. It does look like I can just squeeze it between.
Any tips are appreciated. By the way my kit is a WW bigmouth for a 96 coupe. Anything to watch out for with the rest of the install? The rear skirt seems pretty simple, and the front bumper is a complete replacement.
Thanks

There are plastic screws on the bottom that you remove. As for the rear valence, it likely won't fit. As for the front bumper, you'll have fitment problems as well. I had the old fiberglass WW Big Mouth front end, and it fit well. But after hitting the tire tread on I-66, my only replacement option was the polyurethane one, which doesn't fit well at all.
to polyurethane.
Be forewarned that the general consensus on this board is that body kits are a waste of money.

i will agree that most kits dont fit well and most kits are just plain tacky but the WW TypeW is clean and simply enhances overall exterior of the accord. not to mention my kit was a brezze to install. a big
for the TypeW
now the big mouth kit gets a big
. just a little to ricey for my taste.

I love the W type kit. That is what I would have gotten except I have an existing hole in my front bumper and needed a kit with a whole new bumper. Personnally I don't think you can find another aftermarket front bumper that is cleaner than the bigmouth. Sure it is open and has mesh, but it also has very smooth and clean lines to it. (nothing flashy). I plan on painting the mesh black to match my car for a stealthy look. Believe me, I am all about a clean car. I'll take pics when it's done and I think the haters will be pleasantly surprised.
I'm hearing conflicting procedures on the sideskirt install:
the instructions say it goes over the existing.
in a different post hear someone said the existing have to be removed on a coupe
Anymore thoughts?
Thanks guys

I do like the stock look, I have a 2 door and it kinda reminds me of the Prelude. I was thinking about keeping the appearance stock and just motorswapping it with the H22A motor. Then it would be a sleeper. Thanks for the advice.
