Well today i was on my way to LA and on the way a piece of metal left on the road broke through my transmission. NOw im looking for a transmission to replace in my 95 ls integra. I was looking for transmissions online but i couldnt find much. My friend informed me that the civic transmission would also fit my 95 teg is that true? If it is would a 99 Civic Si tranny fit on my teg? And is there a difference between the teg tranny and civic si tranny?

 

So I see no one could help me. Or is it that it is not a technical question? or that no one wants to help me out? YOU KNow i have never got any help in this forum.

 

99-00 civic si transmission will fit your inegra but will have much shorter gears and are usually much more expensive (b16 transmisiion) car will accelerate much faster but will have much lower top speed and horrible highway rpms.... there are charts but i had a cable b16 and highway at 65-70mph was 4500-5000 rpms... id recommend just finding a replacement integra transmission or possibly a gsr tranny if your looking for a different gear ratio...let me know what your looking to do and id be glad to point you in the right direction...you ever thing of repairing your transmission?

 

You need any b-series transmission.
