Hi guys, i was wondering if the H23 transmissions had intermediate/jack shafts like the fseries transmissions do, or is it just one long half shaft from the wheel directly into the transmission

 

The half shaft VS the long/short shafts... doesn't deal with the tranny type (f22/f23/h23/h22). It deals with whether it's auto or manual. The manual trannys use the half shaft. The autos use the short long shafts. Hope this helps.

 

Well my buddies manual transmission in his accord has the intermediate shaft, my tranny in my civic doesn't.

 

the manuel trans. accords use the half shafts and stock civic motors just use the long and short shaft.

 

so if I'm putting a h23 tranny in a 94 accord
will a 4G lude half shaft fit w/ accord m/t half shaft?

or i should stay will accord half shaft & accord mt shaft?

^^ Yeah I don't see how your civic even comes into play. It's an accord.

You can either use all H series stuff or all F series stuff.
