Default integra da car wont start need help asap

ok so it was real late my car was on empty (really low). so i just went home and parked. woke up in the morning noticed car was on a real big slant and car wont start. i go to get some gas around 10$ and car still wont start. i talked to a few friends and they told me to turn the key on(not turning over the engine) and letting the fuel pump run (about 15 times). still wont start i tryed to jump start and push start nothing. new battery/terminals. spark plugs/wires are fine. can any one help me out??

Is fuel getting to the rail? That would be on the list of things to check.

Did you check to see if you were getting spark, pull a plug wire and attach a plug to the end, then ground the threading on the plug to see if its sparking... some times running fuel pumps dry can fry the pump. they are cooled by the fuel..
