cable questions

cable questions
ok i have 2 black cables which i dont know what they are. they come in with the fuel injector harness and then they hook up to the Distributor at a light blue/yellow cable the the other one to a blue/green cable. and at the ECU connection the 2 black cables connect to a White and another to a Orange... i dont know if the person that swapped my motor did those connections..ever since i swapped it its been running like ****.. Anyone Know what those cables are ?
