so last night i went to the track in my h22 powered crx. and i ran a 14.7. on street tires. i know it should be faster than that. my first lap i ran a 15.2 and got back in line and some how one of my spark plug wires came off the plug.wierd but i figured it out. i figured i ran so slow was cus i spun out first and second like crazy. went again and ran 14.8. then my engine check light came on. i figured it was my egr but thats always on. but it was throwin code 7 and 12(egr). so im hoping that code 7(tps) is part of the reason my car wasnt movin as fast as i wanted it to.
Post your slip! E.T. doesnt tell the whole story.
My first time out with an H-Series rex I hit a 13.7 with a 2.4 60ft and some other issues.
Were you always getting a TPS code?

Although a p28 will solve a whole list of problems the car should be well into the 13's with a p13 even with shitty tires.

for some reason the 60 ft and 1/8 mile wasnt recorded. i guess they were having issues with it.
maybe my times were acually suppose to be better than what i was seeing. lol.
and no i wasnt gettin the tps code untill after my first lap.
next time there is nice weather i will head down to the track again. but its been raining alot lately.

is it tuned? Changing the ECU makes a hell of a difference. i ran a stock Prelude ecu, 14's on street tires in my 92 4 door. ran a stock GSR ecu 13.2 , ran a chipped p28 12.8 on slick, Stock H22 in a 92 4 door full interior street car.
change to the p28 and get it tuned and it will run a whole lot better.
