and that would be stupid anyways to ruin jdm headlights by tinting them. it doesn't look good and you'll regret it eventually. its just a phase haha
and you can find a front lip on ebay you obviously didn't look that hard.
all you have to do is search "jdm type r front lip" on ebay. if you can type that much you'll be alright

attached is the link where i saw the black housing for the jdm headlights. hope that the original poster doesnt mind :
http://sfbay.craigslist.org/sfc/car/609854758.html
tinting headlights is

for the front lip, any place other than ebay? fitment of the parts on ebay aren't really the greatest so id rather spend extra as opposed to get cheap parts that dont fit right.

thanks.

You are talking about the black housing stock jdm itr headlights. They range from 400 to 700 without hid and from 700 to ??? with hid.

Also what kind of lip are you looking for? Carbon, Spoon Style, Mugen Style, Stock JDM Type R, there are several different options.
Stock JDM ITR

Spoon Style

Seibon TF Style

Azect

There are a few more, you just have to look around and research.
