Please help me with 2 CEL problems
Hey all, I just recently bought a rebuilt 01 ITR and im getting 2 CEL
the first is P1607 - PCM internal circuit failure
the previous owner told me that this was because the immobolizer from the ecu was removed, but would that cause the CEL to go off? I bought another usdm 01 ecu just in case the other ecu was bad but it wont start the car. so what should i do?
the second is p0135 - O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction (Bank 1, Sensor 1)
I am pretty sure this problem is due to the wiring of the primary O2 sensor. when i searched i found out that the colors of the wire on the harness is different from many people. The wire colors coming from the sensor itself seems normal, 2 blacks, white, and green. however the wires where it's plugging into is solid white, green/black, yellow/black, and white/black. I don't this this is normal is it? doesn anyone know the proper way to connect this?
So any help would be greatly appreciated, i need to smog soon

Im not sure which error code it gives, but yes if you remove the immobilizer you will have a constant cell. Mine is constantly on as soon as you put the key "ON". Apparently there is a way around getting the CEL light by wiring in resistors or something into the ECU but I have not done this yet. The other ECU is not going to work with your key unless you remove the immobilizer which will just put you back in the same position you are now.
not sure about the O2 sensor issue.

Ok, thanks for the input. so what are my options now? Put the imobolizer back in the ecu? or find someway to program the other ecu to start my car?
the dealer may be able to reprogram the ECU/key but you will most likely need proof the motor is not stolen. or the dealer might not have a clue what you are talking about lol. ive never tried it so i really cant comment more than that.
