Hayden oil cooler sandwich adapter. Threads on where oil filter attaches to the block. The adapter has M20 threads on it. Fits on Honda block but does NOT work with OE oil filter. You would need to use an aftermarket filter that has a larger circumference than stock to seal properly. Better used for a Nissan or Subaru or something else with M20 threads.
