hi i have a 95 honda accord ex. I have the normal idle surge like every other accord. i have done everything clean the TB, check my vacuum line,clean the FITV and the IACV. Still nothing. but one thing i did unplugged the map senor while the car was surging and it STOPED. The car idle perfect with no proplems. do you guys think that have to do anything, i need help with this ASAP thanks

Try another MAP sensor, check the wiring, and check the vacuum to the MAP sensor.

 

have u tried different ecu? all sensors getting voltage? any codes?

did you check coolant level? honda will surge at idle if low on coolant
