How do I keep the GSR IAB open all off the time?

how can i keep the 2 stage butterflies open at all times???

Disconnect the and block the vacuum line to the actuator. The normal position for the butterflies is open. Try this, realize your mistake, and reconnect the lines.

I know the Hondata S300 can change the rpm that the IAB opens at.
