Maximum backspacing for 13 inch wheel on ED Chassis?

Maximum backspacing for 13 inch wheel on EF Chassis?
Car = 1990 Honda Civic Si.
Goal = To get 13x9's to fit as inboard to the chassis as possible.
What I know = 5 inch backspacing is common for Honda products.
Wheels = Diamond racing wheels with FWD Centers.
What could be the maximum amount of backspacing that my chassis could handle? 5.5? 6.5?
Any help would be much appreciated.
