what color slipstreams should i get???
Alright, I've decided instead of heavy, and extremely trendy and played out big rims, I want a 15", either black or gunmetal lightweight rim that's not that expensive. I've always liked the whole "spoon" look, and I think that the Slipstreams would look great. What color should I order to help complement my car's color (Super Sonic Blue pearl)??? I was thinking black, but I cant decide if I want black, gunmetal, or just steel grey. Can someone help me out? Which ones look the most like the real "spoons"? Thanks!

1. The slipstreams ARE extremly trendy and played out.
2. Get real Spoons then.
3. Spoon Wheels.
arg maybe I'm just bitter that I've been trying to get thereal deal for awhile and a buddy of mine with an almost identical car goes out and buys the Rotas....biters...oh well do what you want.....
BTW: Shouldn't this be in appearance/cosmetic forum?

and yes this belongs in appearance/cosmetic forum.
maybe he doesn't have the money to buy wheels for $400 each??? I'd go with black rotas and paint them to look like real spoons.

bronze or silver slips, why buy spoons when they are the same rim just a different color and name? overpriced? yes
Black would clash with blue and you wouldn't make either your car or rim stand out well. Gunmetal rotas are practically as dark as the blacks. Gunmetal looks best on white in my opinion. Definitely try to get the Bronze or White ones.

the real spoons are anodized black, lighter in weight, and forged...not cast.
they are also from this company in russia.
the slips come from this company in northern california.
