What would cause one rear brake to not work????
First things first. Are your banjo bolts cleaned out? When you crack open the bleeder without pressing the pedal, does fluid leak out? Do you get anything out of it?
pull the rubber boot back on the wheel cylinder and if fluid leakes out thats your problem
check to see if the brake pads are moving in and out when you push the brake(take drum off to do this) if they arnt then change wheel cylinder and clean all parts while ur down there(im taking into consideration that you are geting fluid back there and when you press the brake its squirting out). ARE YOU LOSING FLUID if they still move start looking for a line leak or if the line tees off up under the hood then check there. im guessin you dont have abs

slidder bolts are good and move good...i do get fluid when i bleed it..i think the caliper is seized in because the when the e-brake is up the wheel still spins and the inside brake pad doesnt touch the rotor. anythoughts
the e brake is cable drive right. food for thought have you checked your adjustment bar. it it even there. are all things in place where they should be. if you pull the drum of and have someone push the brakes you should be able to see the pads moving. quick way to check.
is this rear disc or drum. whats the year modle car.
