Default Bleeding Brakes Tomorrow

just wanted to make sure if the shop cd7_cd9 shop manual is correct, though i have heard that you should bleed starting from the farthest one away, which is right rear, left rear, front right, front left.

thanks in advance!

Generally start from the wheel farthest from the brake master cylinder (so yes, the right rear) and work your way closer (driver rear, pass front, driver front). As far as the wheels being off the ground it doesn't matter as long as you can reach the bleed valve. Having weight on the wheels has to effect on the fluid in the brake system, it's just harder to reach around the back of the wheel to get to the bleed valve.

**Edit** Let the post sit a little longer before you bump next time....people aren't usually on here 24/7, excessive bumps gets annoying.

There is a TSB regarding manual bleeding of brake systems; The bulletin states that you should not push the brake pedal all the way to the floor because that forces the Master Cylinder piston into the end of it's cylinder where there can be debris or corrosion from moisture build up.
