***K-SWAPPED 1995 HONDA CIVIC VX HATCHBACK*** (T/W)

I wanted to see what kind of feeback i would get back from doing this, if any reasonable offers come up i might just let it go.
Here's my 1995 Honda Civic VX hatch, before i begin listing parts i just want to make clear that HONDATA K-PRO WILL NOT BE INCLUDED
Its a VX hatch (yea the rare lightweight Econo model) w/ about 160,xxx miles on the chasis, clean title, never been hit. Body is a 9/10, very very very clean Frost White, teeny tiny dings here and there, most on hood. Garage kept has never slept outside. Has an alarm system.

2007 Honda Fit Rims 15x6
Blue interior is 9.5/10, seats have typical 13yr old residue on them, still pretty clean. All panels are flawless including dashboard, glove box is clean but doesnt open. No burns, tears, or missing parts. Very clean overall.

SOMETIME NEXT WEEK WILL OFFICIALLY BE ONE YEAR SINCE THE SWAP AND ITS BEEN RUNNING HARD FROM THE START. BELIEVE IT OR NOT THIS IS MY DAILY DRIVER, ITS VERY RELIABLE. ITS BABIED DURING THE WEEK AND RACED ON THE WEEKENDS.

I hope you'll at least include a copy of the kpro rom, that way someone can buy k-pro and be up at those numbers. Otherwise it doesnt really matter what the engine puts down, and it shouldnt effect the price.
