So the car is black exterior, grey/black interior. Paint is not too bad. It has sun spots on the sunroof and trunk, that’s all. But keep in mind this is OEM paint. Just to let you know of the bat, I’m a technician at Honda, so this car is keep up As best as possible.

Motor:

Cylinder head: New OEM valves, NEW OEM valve seals, Valve Angle Job, and Decked HEAD Surface
Block: New OEM pistons, OEM Head bolts, Cylinder Honed, ALL internals Balanced, Crankshaft Micro polished, Decked block surface.
Basically all OEM! Stock Air box

17 in. 5zigen 5ZR rims with 215/45/17 bridestone tires. About 7/32 left. GOOD
Interior:
Everything is STOCK! NO cracks or tears in the seats.
Currently thinking about replacing the seat belts with brand new OEM.
MOMO steering wheel, with quick release

Services performed recently:
Timing belts, brake fluid changed, power steering fluid changed, clutch fluid changed, oil changed every 3500 miles, EFI service(decarburization of chambers), Valve adjustment recently done. MTF recently changed. Clutch slave cylinder replaced with new OEM, Recently replaced waterpump, and basically all the gaskets and seals. Driveshaft’s recently replaced. Also did manual tensioner conversion. All the motor wok was done about 1 ½ years ago. I personally rebuilt the motor and had the machine work done at JMS motorsports in Duarte, Ca. The chassis itself has about 207,000 miles. MOTOR mileage to date after rebuild about 15-17k.

THE BAD: (not really that bad)
Needs Power steering rack(small leak at end seal)
Needs One wheel stud(stripped)
Antenna doesn’t work
ABS light on cuz I have wires disconnected
SRS light on due to steering wheel( I still have it)
VERY SMALL Coolant leak by thermostat.
