Just bought this car the other day,
it happens only when i shift fast/hard , if i granny shift if doesnt do it...

i have

ACT Pro-Lite Flywheel
ACT Stage 3 clutch
GSR Transmission

u think i just need to change fluids, or change clutch, or my syncros going out...

 

id flush it out and use some honda MTF from the dealer, if it still persists, it might be the syncros

 

as dannycraq said flush it and see how it goes if it still happens mostly likely your syncros are gone

 

I'd just crack it open and see. 2-3 shift gets pounded on as bad as 1-2 shift. Your extra light flywheel could be aggravating it as well with less spin-down time due to the lighter flywheel.
