did a 14.335@96mph with 98 type r motor. could have done better if i got my 60ft down. but i was right there with a evo 8 lol. he only did a 14.0 @ 97mph. anyone plannin on going next week? maybe go check out sac raceway

 

only thing that sucks at that track is at night sometimes you run into a really strong head wind on the top half of the track, but i've got my best 60 and 330 times there.

 

might be going out wed to infineon. dont think they will let me run open d/p tho

You are right. Their not gonna let you run open d/p or even with a exhaust leak. Dont waste your time going out there if you cant run a exhaust.

Thats a bit slow for the evo. He just need more seat time cuz my friend had a evo8 before and he was doing 14.0 and finally did a best of like 13.7-13.8

Was there any imports running slicks with the american cars? Everytime i'm out there its hardly any imports running slicks.

 

yea there was a white eg there with full blown slicks. had a FAT intercooler up front. he was the only honda and 1/2 of the only imports on the fast lanes (9-10) but his first run out there he blew his motor and left oil across half the track. took about 1 1/2 hours for clean up. yea i had a pretty good 60ft at infineon. but it was really windy that day. usually my trap is 97-98mph at sac raceway but at infineon its always about 2-3mph below. finally got my 1000ft to 11.99 but when i hit 4th gear i must have hit some strong winds cuz i just coasted to the finish line

 

towards the end of the track @ infineon its a slight uphill. at least thats what i think

the supra guys were really pissed about that cuz it shut the track down for 1 hour i heard..

i wasnt there though
