ok the car isnt getting spark but its getting fuel and when the key is in the on position the check eng light stays on along with the oil light and one other light but i cant think of it at the moment..i need to figure this out fast so i know if i need a ecu or if the dizzy is bad..thanks ahead to anyone that has useful info

 

I don't know, but I would go ahead and check the spark plug then the spark plug wires, then the dizzy. If all those are good then its probably a bad ecu.

You can try hooking up another ecu real fast from a friends car and see if that gets your car to start, if it doesnt start then its most likely around your dizzy area.

 

well i wish could pull a friends ecu but over the years we have all upgraded to better cars si cant do that this is the only ef i have so i dont have anymore spare parts cause i sold em all...but i have a feeling the dizzy could be dead also cause i have ran the ecu that in the car on a b20 that was in the car before and it ran fine...sooo ima start looking for a cheap dizzy
