NRGtech Jason 800hp+ dyno run with spec's "tech forum"
Yesterday NRG Miller was able to tune 800 plus out of a B-series
Spec are as follows: GSR head, Type R Cams, Supertech Pistons 8.5:1 pistons, Crower rods, Darton sleeves, Supertech valvetrain,TopMount Manifold, Precision 70q turbo,
Enjoy

Hopefully this doesn't get deleted now since there are specs on the motor.

Thats called full specifications? What block and crankshaft and what fuel was used?

i was wondering the same thing.
But nice power!

The other thread was moved by a mod due to lack of technical information. This is a tech forum thus for thechnical information must be provided.
If this is what is to come from precision's new line of units i cant wait to get more in my hands
***** and the boys over at supertech, those pistons are taking a beating
I am using them in my new engines for this season.
As far as the engine goes, i built it and can tell you anything you guys would like. The crank is an ls crank with our standard chamfer/balance/polish service done to it. The head is nothing crazy at all just a good cleanup in the bowl area and a nice valve job with inconel exhaust valves and stainless intake valves coupled with supertech "turbo" valvetrain and new guides. The pistons as stated above are supertech and are great. I have been using alot of supertech pistons as of late and they are great stuff.
The gas used was c16.

Miller, are the pistons the 4032 high silicon with the coatings? Or did Supertech come out with something new over the last year or so? What's new about the turbo also? Great #s

The pistons are there off the shelf units. Nothing special about them.
The turbo is a pt70 with a modified q trim wheel. It is one of there modifided turbine wheels that will be realesed soon from i am told.

we are planning too, but he wants to take it to the track and see what it does at this power level before we go any higher. He is just excited to have the power where it is, we havent changed anything other then the fuel system. Last time i tuned it it had a 255lph pump and 1600's and it made 683hp @ 26lbs and the duty cycle was at 98%, lol. Now it is at 85% @800hp with the aeromotive system @32lbs. I have a feeling he is going to be needing a trans soon, lol.

So a 70mm wheel is making 800hp=That's really good for that size.
I don't know how much more that turbo has left in it though...I'd say 850whp tops.
Unless it's compressor EXDUCER is bigger then the normal 70mm turbo like some of the Borg Warner wheels are.
A normal 70mm exducer might be about 94mm as seen in a gt4294 version and that thing should be maxed about 850hp. Find out the exact size of the wheels...

Yes the comp wheel it 70 inducer and 94 exducer.
Like i stated, the turbine wheel is a little different from the standard "q" wheel of the past. I think the car can deff make 850 on this unit if not 900.
I have another car here we should have on the dyno with the next week or 2 with a 72 comp wheel and the same turbine wheel but in a .96 housing.
This particular car had a .81 housing on it.

good job miller.
i was searching for supertech piston reviews a few months ago. not too many people use them; good to see them holding up.

That video was pointless. Id love to see some good video and pics of the build tho. The audio is my fav part and i couldnt hear **** lol. Who makes the exhaust manifold setup? Thats hella nice power for 32psi
