Sighting in Ocean City, MD, today around 12:30pm, heading towards DE on costal highway. PY ITR with a SGT sticker on the side window. Did not notice any mods but sounded as if cams were present just without and exhaust! Maybe works for or tuned by Steve Sakai? Just wondering if posts on here.
