Default About to change out motor mount inserts

I bought some new motor mount inserts from prothane. The left and right seem pretty easy, but does anyone have any advice of how i should get the rear one out, its pretty far back there. It is a 98 civic with a sohc d16y8

the rear mount is always pain in the *** to remove and install. what i did was, i put a block of wood under the jack and supper around the oil pan area. 3 bolts to loose and one long bolt to disconnect from rear t bracket to the mount. it takes time and paitent cause u will have limited room to work on while intake manifold is still intacted to the head of the engine.
pm me if u have any more questions
