what size tires do you guys put on JDM 16in wheels? i want the nice look of low profiles but do not want to lose performance or bother with the accuracy of the speedometer. Please post up your wheel and tire combo. wheels being JDM16s, and whatever tires that looks good and provide top performance. I have my mind set on Falken azenis rt-615 but i would like your input on sizes and performance not to mention how they look on these wheels in different sizes! thanks.
O and for daily driving/best bang for your buck, you cant go wrong with Kumho Ecsta SPTs

I have never understood why people put any other size tire on jdm 16's when that is the size tire the car comes w/ from the factory....

Great advice, *****. That tire doesn't even come in the sizes needed.

205/45-16s work fine for me. Its a common size, normally cheaper, and I will not notice the difference. Not sure if they stopped making them, maybe they have.

good advice fellas, lets see if we can see some of your pics.. i want the performance and the slim look. I'm guessing 215/45/16 would be my best choice??
Slim look???
Figure out the sidewall height yourself:

A 215/45/16 will have the same sidewall height across all brands.

Yeah, I have 205-45-16 Kumho SPTs (used at Expo) as well. I don't see them listed online anymore either....just bought the damn things a year ago and really like them.

Yea, overall awesome tire. Paid under 70 per tire shipped with the rebate they had going on. I would try calling them. If they discontinued the size they usually have a few floating around and will cut you an awesome deal on them. Thats what they did with the Dunlops I picked up. Knocked 50% off the price
