So i opened up the door panel to take a look. the two wires that that are tugged when you pres down or up on the power windows. well one of the wires looks like it is pressuring against the window. is there anythig i can do
Get new regulators and lube the window run channels with silicone spray, or Shinitsu silicone grease from the Honda dealer.
I'm pretty sure there is a small amount of adjustment for the window tracking; at the bottom of the run channels there is a 10mm bolt that you can loosen and pull the channel towards center. Also there should be some manner of tilting the regulator to change the front to rear angle of the window.
