This is the kind of work you can expect from these noobs. They clearly don't take their work seriously. After the springs/shocks install I noticed that the brake line was not properly secured to the steering knuckle but overlooked the proper installation of the springs. Although they did correct the brake line issue immediately, it's just ridiculous to have installed a spring in that fashion.

AVOID DEALING WITH A.R.D. MOTORSPORTS / PERFORMANCE AT ALL COSTS!!

but if you just can't help it, I would strongly recommend you make sure things are installed properly before you accept the vehicle.
