EG-Sunroof window flew off on the freeway...
While I was driving the window to my sunroof, which hasnt been working properly, ripped off from the frame. Thank god it wen t sailing on to the shoulder and didnt cause accident.
Now I'm looking for a replacement and thinking about bolting on a piece of lexan glass to the frame? Has anyone done this before or have any suggestions for a replacement? I really dont want to plug it, and i dont want to buy another piece of glass in fear of this happening again.

Yea, stock.
I've taken the frame and whole assembly down to replace to clean and grease the track. But the glass itself separated from the frame, which looks like it was only held on by silicone that had hardened.
This sucks because I finally decided I want to start working on my car and then this **** happens.
