ok i drive a 90 teg ls w/b16a swap the guy i bought the motor from told me that i would pass smog/inspection cause he had it in 92 teg.

Will i be fine when it comes to my smog time.
I hope so, so i dont have to sell it.

 

how does it run?.does it smell funky?,does it smoke?

 

no everything is fine motor runs strong i was just wondering will i have any problem smogging it. since is a b16 in of a b18a

Visually it will fail. Try it first though, you never know.

If its OBD-1 you can probably get it ref'd if you get a Del Sol VTEC ECU from a b16a3 since its the only OBD-1 b16 that was available in the US.
