"How hard would it be to" ... at least include a hint of your question in the post title next time? It's poor etiquette to just expect everyone to click on your post to find out if they can or even want to help you.

The spark plug tube seals (O-rings) keep oil from leaking into the tubes. If you're getting gas/oil mix, you've got other problems. As for how difficult it is to replace them, I don't know. Some engines have both upper and lower seals and involve more labor.

The valve cover gasket kits are pretty easy to implement. Just make sure not to overtighten the VC nuts. I hear bad things can come from this.

Also do some searching for more answers.

it's already been stated...

The seals only hold out oil, and if the do go they aren't going to be letting in gas. So if you are getting gas into the spark plug tubes, first make sure the spark plug is tightened all the way and the threads aren't damaged.

If you want to know how to replace the spark plug tube seals (upper) or the lower o-rings, look in the FAQ. It's in there...
