EF ZC swap, CEL 9 CYL Sensor

EF ZC swap, CEL 9 CYL Sensor
I'm trying to get rid of a CEL 9 in a ZC swap I'm doing. I've tried 3 CYL sensors, and two Si ECUs with no luck. It throws a code 9 as soon as the car starts. Any ideas? The last thing I can think of is switching to either a JDM ZC ECU or USDM 1st gen 'teg.
