Default Civic Si vs. Civic Std., model differences?

A buddy wrecked his si (front corner). What should I pull off and upgrade (my std.) before it goes to the scrapper (suspension, mechanical, electical)? The motor is already gone. Thx.

You mean sway bars? lol.

The STD does not have a rear sway; the Si does.

Speaking of Civic Si's
Is it just me or are Si hatches much less common than CRX Si models?

I see DX and STD models left and right(mostly beaters) but I have maybe seen 3 Si hatch models in my local area.

Did these just not sell very well or what?

The STD doesnt even have a front sway bar so you might want to grab that off of the Si along with the rear sway bar. But yes definetly grab the dash and dash harness because these are a pain to find sometimes

If it were me, I'd grab seats, dash, anything else that I could use or sell. You never know when you're going to want that stuff. IMO, I'd rather have Si seats than standard seats

What is the difference with all of the suspension, besides the addition of the swaybars?
Will the swaybars bolt up to the std LCAs/brackets?
I know the hubs are smaller on the std, but are the knuckles any different?
What about the rear suspension?

Honestly, rip anything and everything you can off that car. Fenders, interior, suspension, taillights, bumpers, hell even take the damn fender liners and interior bulbs while you're at it. I can't count the number of times I wish I had taken parts off of my old 88 DX before I scrapped it.
