I believe it's like any other, under the cowl area, just no filter.

i've pulled the dash right out of my cd 5 and there's nothing but a big hole in the center dash with a bunch of tubes that feed the air vents.. definitely no filter in that

the cabin filter wasn't introduced into the Accord until 98 IIRC
