I'm gonna have to vote for the WSII also. You could always make it hang a little high or paint the muffler flat black so cops won't think much of it.

I'm pretty sure my friend didn't have a cat on his SOHC turbo with a WSII. And it was quiet as hell

As for the ES, I have a Magnaflow Oval (kinda similar) and it is not quiet even with a resonator lol with and without a cat too. Unless you're at like 1,500-2000 rpms at all times

I got a 2 1/2 high flow cat with a dc sport header an the WS2 and its still quiet as hell. I got a d16y8 anyways with a few goodies but still without a cat on a SOHC I cant really see it getting any louder than mine which is hella quiet.

The ES Oval may look stock, but it doesn't sound like it.

I actually had the ES Tuning until about 2-3 weeks ago, and now I have a world sport. Believe it or not in my case the WSII is WAY louder.

I have a 4-1 style header, cat, 2.25" piping, into my muffler with no resonator. I was told that if I added a resonator the WS would be much more tame. But, I think I like the way it sounds. LMK if you want pictures of either muffler.

True it is kinda blingy...but the Noir system fixes that.

Yup, the sound is actually comparable to my friends Apex'i N1. It's ALMOST as loud.

Here are the pics as requested, sorry I don't have a really good shot of the ES Tuning anymore, but you get the idea.

I have a ES Tuning with high flow cat and res 2.25 piping. The ES tuning is somewhat loud being it is a straight through design but its not horrific unless you cruise around at 4k all day.

Forgot to mention that my ES Tuning muffler had a ghetto custom angled piece of piping welded on it to extend it to the end of the bumper.

Before anyone asks, no that would not change the sound.

Oh yeah! Here is a youtube video of the muffler when I just had stock piping!

I have 2 EJ1's... one has the WSII and one has the ES tuning. The WSII is by far quieter.

OP are you thoroughly confused yet?

I have the WS (I) on my EH2, and my friend has the WS II on his DC2. I wouldn't consider either system as being "loud" by any stretch of the imagination.
