Default vibration when releasing clutch

Alright. I have a B16A2 /GSR tranny and it has a exedy stage 1 clutch and a lightweight flywheel, i dont know what lb or brand of flywheel it is, or if it was resurfaced or anything like that or new when installed. I just bought the car not long ago. The problem is, when i downshift say to 2nd gear, slowing down to turn into a road, if i release the clutch slowly (to prevent jerking and whatnot) theres a very noticable vibration throughout the car, anough to shake the dash sort of vigoursly. If i release it fast, it doesnt do it. If im in 2nd gear, and im going slow down a road, if i go TO slow in a gear, the car will jerk as if i was pressing the gas in and out really hard, basically looking like some dumbass trying to drive the car

I was thinking maybe the flywheel needs to be resurfaced, engine mounts, tranny mounts, something... i know it cant be normal, ive searched trust me, and all the things i see are about vibration in the clutch pedal, in which i dont have, its just vibration in the car itself.

Also, there is no slipping issues with the clutch, it fully releases and depresses perfectly fine,i just have that vibration issue that i cant seem to find a answer for.

thanks in advance.

Im 99% sure theyre whatever mounts came with a JDM GSR swap.Thats what was in the car before they put the B16 in there.
I boiught the car not knowing what mounts they are, but im sure there something stock, not aftermarket.

Clutch pedal height? What do you mean? Do you mean check to see the play in the clutch pedal BEFORE the clutch starts to release? isnt there supposed to be a certain amount of play?

look under the pedal
there is a 12 nut

slacken it

and turn the ROD until you get desired effect
then lock back the nut
