i just changed my blown b18b with another b18b. I swapped the tranny to the new engine and tried to start it, the starter clicked and it sounded like the batt was dead. so i tried to push start it, and something cracked when i dropped the clutch. i removed and reinstalled the starter and now it works. but now when the car is on, i can put it into any gear without pushing the clutch in and the car wont go anywhere, but the speedo goes up when i revv the car. When i put it into reverse, it sounds like metal is rubbing metal.

 

check your axles. maybe one of your axles came out. that will make your speedo go up and the car not move>
