well besides hitting things harder he probably can im not sure though cus since he took of some height of the shocks, the shocks go in more,so the tires absorbs everything then it just goes to the body.that is what i know i hit bumps real hard and it makes my whole dash shake and the front feels all nasty when i hit something but i never broke anything

cutting springs FTL....why would he do this when he can ADJUST them to go lower?
Him cutting those springs now give him an uneven ride height, its probobly bouncy as hell cause the spring rate is different now, and it will most likely ruin the struts.
Your friend is a moron.

i was going to say the same thing. those coils are pretty short already. your friend is going to have the infamous "racer bounce" i remember when i was younger i would always see this and i thought thats what happens when you lower your car. but now having a car, i found out that having "racer bounce" is what happens when you lower your car the cheap way. your friend might as well just saved some cash and just cut his stock springs

i don't have a vid. but just picture when you see people drive dropped cars and their back end does a intensional little booty shake and the driver's head looks like a bobble head. aka racer bounce

if he wants to go lower i'd say ditch the skunk2 ****. get some egay coilovers for 25 bucks and pull the sleeve out and ride on the springs. because if he's cutting the springs on skunk2's, it won't ride much better, it'll just be cheaper.
