there's no such thing as JDM class around here actually really funny thing, i heard at that last HIN the car that won JDM class was a local shop's drag car which is a yellow civic whose only JDM part on it was a mugen valve cover. go figure

I take it the Mugen Wrist bands have some special "mugenistic powerz" that make them better than the 25 cent sweat bands you can get at target?

 

 

You know it! I prefer reservoir covers over sweat bands because the covers are quite a bit longer, and get doubled over for extra fluid leak protection (and bling-bling logo display). Plus, how many sweat bands do you know of that are fireproof?!

 

what about Air Jordan socks.

 

i'm extremely curious how many owners with said reservoir covers actually road race...

shrug.

I installed these totally sweet Mugen reservoir covers and my lap times went down by 2 seconds and my B18C5 turned into an F20C motor. These things are soo cool!!

Depends on your definition of road race... Are you saying only wheel to wheel racers need reservoir covers? Or does any track rat qualify?

Fireproof? So they are made out of nomex? If so, then they would be worth the money for the nomex material. Otherwise just coat your wristbands with fire retardent spray...not as effective but works.

Does brake and clutch fluid burn?

 

I think it's more for look than any other purpose
