Type R Cams?
Ok i have a 99 honda civic si, pretty much stock with a AEM CAI, DC Headers, and a High Flow Cat. So Im looking for a noticeable power gain and im thinking of getting Type R Cams. How much HP would i gain or how much of a difference would i feel? I found some brand new OEM cams for $315, is that good?
Thanks in advance
Thanks in advance

yes get the cams and see a local tuner and tell him to do a simple street tune to your car and u will see a good gain with those cams probably around 10hp AFTER THE TUNE

You could always add a few stickers, There always good for 5-10hp gain Rofl.
But seriously all you really need to do is install the intake side Thats the one that makes the gain. What motor is this going in with what setup? It all depends on your setup for what you would see in a gain (hp)

yea u can probably get a 15hp gain if your motor wasnt stock... and by stock i mean internally even if u were to get that 15hp you wouldnt get that to the wheels anyway ya kno... and yes u should just get the intake cam and throw it in there and the tune is very cheap and worth it
