okay... i need some advice.... right now i just have a stock b18a1 completely rebuilt with some aftermarket internals and i want some advice... i have a b18c5 vtec head for my engine... i have decided i want to get skunk2 stage 2 camshafts and cam gears... what is recommended to help my head out the most... my engine has be rebuilt compeltely to honda torque specs and has zero miles on it right now due to axel issues im having... if you have any info on that please post on my other thread...

im think springs and retainers... a mild port and polish by me... which would consist of the casting webs grinded out to allow a smoother air flow through the head... i dont know anything about a 3 or 5 angle valve job...

 

since its a c5 head, it already has a mild port and polish, and i would def. get the skunk2 valvetrain along with those cams. And if you want to do a valve job leave it to a reputable machine shop, after that, install have a good tune, and have a awesome time with third gear vtak lol.
